During and after practice, different meditation techniques are incorporated, like deep breathing, visualizing, and repeating mantras.

CBD is a non-psychoactive compound from the cannabis Sativa plant. It is known for its therapeutic benefits, such as relieving stress and anxiety as well as reducing soreness and inflammation of the muscles. This combination enhances your yoga practice and maximizes the benefits of both therapies.

If yoga and CBD are so great, why do I need both?

Any experienced yogi will tell you, yoga works with your body no matter the level of challenge you are capable of that day. While some yoga poses encourage body flexibility, other poses require more balance, strength, and focus. This is where CBD is useful.
